Collected Information

 In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information: Name/ Phone/ Address/ Email Address/ Credit or Debit card information at the time of transaction processing which are not kept on file. 

Information the clients provides:

When you submit purchase order request or subscribe to stay in the Mix with our design team, we may collect your for personal information such as your name and email address address and phone. We do not keep any credit cards or personally billing information on file at our Design office other then the information collected during the time of transaction processing where the client is present in our studio or the information our clients enter for automatic recurring charges through our customer management program Honey Book which we are not able to see those details. 

Browser Cookies

When you visit Remix, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Server Logs

When you use Remix services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

Payment Options

Remix accepts the following forms of payment for online payment collection though our customer management systems Invoice ASAP and Honey Book: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Cash/Money Orders/ Cashiers checks and Business to Business checks may be collected by appointment only at our design showroom or mailed to: 4500 Worth St. Unit L 101 Philadelphia, PA 19124. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. At this time, we do not accept Personal checks or PayPal.

Methods Of Processing

Remix processes personal information on its servers in the United States of America.This section clarifies what information we may collect when you use our online payment collection processing, whether or not you are logged in as a registered user of our Website(s), and how we process such information.

Non Disclosure Policy

All services provided by our design team require the client to sign a Letter of agreement contract before beginning service work. Members of our Design team and its subcontractors have reviewed and signed our confidentiality and non-disclosure policy to set the expectation and obligations when working with the Remix Living firm. It is expected that the client will adhere to the policy, and understand his or her role in keeping confidential, proprietary and sensitive information just that. 

Filming Disclaimer

Here at Remix Living we photograph, record and film footage in connection with our promotional and publicity campaign as well as to capture details of our design process as a memory reference. Your acknowledgement to our filming policy waiver identifies that you have been informed you or your project may be photographed and or recorded as a part of business publicity, marketing and reference guides.

You grant permission to be included without compensation, credit or any other consideration. If you do not agree for your interior project to be photographed, recorded or appear under these conditions please do not book with the Remix Design team. Thank you for your consideration.
