This service is perfect for the client that needs a point in the right direction without the cost and timeline commitment associated with our Full design service package. If you are the person who is ready for a DIY challenge and ready to get things done on your own with the creative direction from the Remix Living design team then this is the service for you. Great for someone that needs the design plan laid out by the interior designer but is capable of placing all orders, overseeing deliveries, shopping for accessories and completing the final installation on their own.

If you are ready for a DIY challenge this may be the service for you. We lay out the design plan in a MOOD Board and you shop the concept by clicking the shop-able links sent over which will direct you right to the retail site to purchase.

Please Note:

Merchandise selected will be suggested through retail vendors so the client is able to shop vendors directly without the account of the designer. If the client is requesting for items to be sourced through our design showroom or any of our private vendors white glove delivery fees apply for all items delivered directly to the client’s home or delivery warehouse. 


  • Residential: $699 per area designed
  • Commercial: $999 per area designed


Design Inclusions

  • A Discovery Call is scheduled with Remix Living + Client to provide information on DIY Service.

  • After the client has purchased the package through our website a design questionnaire is sent over through the client portal.

  • A Zoom call is scheduled with our Lead Designer to discuss data collected from the questionnaire and confirm with client measurements needed to begin project sourcing.

  • Client uploads photos showing measurements of areas requested by designer to the client portal. 

  • The client will receive 2 design concepts for each area designed presented in a 2-dimensional mood board for the client to choose which concept works best. (Sent 14 business days after measurements have been provided to designer) 

  • The client approves which design concept they would like to move forward with from the 2 concepts presented and may request revisions. (1 revision request allowed) What is a revision request? A revision request is a one-off request for product changes, for example, requesting a new rug + sofa or even new textiles. A revision is not requesting for the entire concept to be recreated from scratch. Additional revisions or additional concept boards will be billed at an hourly rate of $99 per hour.

  • After all final revisions have been made the client receives a finalized Mood Board and Floor floor plan that shows what furniture goes where in the space. 

  • Final Call Scheduled with Designer to answer any questions the client may have about final layout and design. 

  • The client independently shops the clickable links sent with their concept and orders product suggested by designer for their project.

Service Disclaimer: If items suggested are sold out or no longer available it is not the designer’s responsibility to source a replacement item. If a replacement item is required, the client will be billed at an hourly rate along with any additional time requested from the designer in this process after the concept has been presented.
