If you live in Philadelphia or surrounding area, you may pick-up your purchase in our design showroom during normal hours. You may also arrange a time outside of normal hours to pick up purchased merchandise, send us a call or text via our mobile number (267- 690-5676) and we can get that arranged.
We use recycled boxes and packing materials when possible.
If you live in Philadelphia or surrounding area, we can submit a request to have the item or items delivered directly to your front door through Roadie for an additional fee.
Items shipped or delivered via USPS/ UPS/ ROADIE or any other 3rd party delivery agent, will be covered up to their maximum value as per each shipper's or delivery partners guidelines. All shipments leave our design showroom and furniture partners warehouse in great condition. We check it, they check it not only once but a second time to make sure items are wrapped and packed to sustain shipping travel.
If the item arrives damaged please submit photos of the box conditions as well as photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. After leaving our facility or any of our vendors warehouses claims for any damages must be submitted to the shipping carrier. What does this mean? Remix Living will submit the claim on your behalf; all claims submitted over $100 must go through the carriers claim process before a refund is issued.

We ship in as timely a manner as possible; all items shipped directly from our design showroom will be shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Tracking number will be provided for each shipment and sent via Instagram DM or email.
All items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged so be sure to LOVE your item before your purchase is made.
When selling gently used inventory from our staging inventory we frequently provide videos to show the condition of the item before selling, this also goes for furniture sold directly from our design studio floor.

Curbside & White Glove Delivery
All large furniture items purchased through our website include curbside shipping only. What is curb side shipping? This means the item is delivered directly to your curb; not inside your home or business. You are responsible for getting the item in your space, unless you can convince the driver otherwise, but there is no guarantee. Our team will send tracking information via email once the item ships.
If you are interested in obtaining a quote for white glove delivery for large furniture seen on our website, Instagram feed or in a design project feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email subject field include SHIPPING QUOTE, in the body of your email: include your full name/ delivery address/ phone/ and the item you are interested in or have purchased.
White Glove delivery is good for items that are fragile, heavy, large, oddly shaped or that need extra care. Furniture will be delivered directly to your local receiving warehouse from our vendor and then delivered to your home where the carrier will provide blanket wrap service. This means you don't have to worry about getting the oversized piece from the curb to your front door, the warehouse will open, inspect and delivery with placement in your room of choice.
